Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over $150 CAD in Canada and the USA. Online orders are processed from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays and may vary by carrier and delivery location. It is your responsibility to check the contents of your package upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues, such as damaged items. We cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during delivery.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available as a delivery method. You will need to provide a Photo ID and the credit card used for the transaction to pick up your package.

Exchange Policy

Before exchanging an item, please contact us at admin@littleaanya.com with your order number to receive authorization. No refunds or credit notes will be issued, except as required by law. You have 17 days from receipt of your order to exchange it. Items returned after this period will not be accepted. For purchases made between November 26th and December 24th, exchanges are accepted until January 9th.

Items must be new, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Damaged items or items returned without tags will not be processed and will be sent back at our discretion. Freight fees, customs/duties, and taxes outside Canada are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

All sales on discounted items, toys, tights, and underwear are final and cannot be exchanged. Offers are not redeemable for cash or credit notes and do not apply to previous purchases. All offers are subject to change without notice.

Please include a copy of the invoice or gift receipt with your returned items. For exchanges, if the item’s value is less than the returned item, the difference will be issued as a credit note. If the exchanged item’s value is greater, the difference must be paid using an authorized payment method.
